Our bakery was founded in 2024 by Katie Peavyhouse and Andrew Howard with commitment to making sweet treats that are not just good but extraordinary.
Katie is a high school teacher with a passion for baking. Katie combines her love for baking with her knack for creating delightful, gluten-free treats. Her goal is simple: to bring joy and a touch of sweetness to everyone’s day. Andrew is an engineer and entrepreneur who saw a need for gluten-free options in Athens.
The inspiration behind Glory Glory Gluten Free is deeply personal. Both Katie and Andrew have family members with gluten and dairy sensitivities who have struggled to find satisfying, indulgent treats in the Athens area. This need drove them to create a bakery where everyone can enjoy delicious baked goods without compromise.
