GGGF was formed in 2024 as a Georgia LLC by Katie Peavyhouse and Andrew Howard. GGGF is licensed with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the City of Athens.
All of our items are baked using ingredients free of gluten. Our dairy free items are made using ingredients without dairy. We use high-quality ingredients, choosing organic options when available. We hand select the finest ingredients to provide the most delicious treats, including choices like Dutch process cocoa and small batch Tahitian bourbon vanilla.
As a cottage food producer, Glory Glory is licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. This licensing requires the business to pass a kitchen inspection including water analysis and obtain a food safety certificate after passing an examination.
Our goal at Glory Glory is to provide you with fresh, delicious items that fit into your lifestyle regardless of dietary restrictions. At this time we are busy baking away under a pre-order model. Orders can be placed until 11:59 pm on Wednesday to be ready on Saturday.
Currently we are offering delivery to customers on Saturday mornings between 8:00 am and 11:00 am.
Let us know! We'll be happy to work with you to make sure you have the best fresh goods.
Absolutely! If you need your items during the week, just shoot us an email, and we will make a plane. We can also customize pies, cakes, and other baked goods to fit your specific needs. Let us know what you need through hello@glorygloryglutenfree.com.
Since we are a cottage kitchen and not a commercial kitchen, we cannot be fully free from cross contamination. Our GGGF goods are all made with ingredients that do not contain gluten. Most of our ingredients are processed in facilities free from cross contamination, however, we are unable to guarantee that in our facility.
Since we are a cottage kitchen, all of our items are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. Some folks prefer to refrigerate items which will cause no harm, though it is not necessary. If you're hoping to savor your treats throughout the week, we'd recommend moving them to an air-tight container to extend their shelf life.
